Phoned to enquire about a service for my Volvo but the conversation made me feel like I was wasting their time or they didn't want to do it! Really odd experience.

Wish I had come here long ago instead of other Volvo dealers in London. Gave my Volvo a far more thorough inspection than other Volvo dealership service centres, not in order to make money, but to ensure the car was safe and performing well. When they found matters to be fixed, a phone call explained what needed to be done and a they gave a clear indication of price, which turned out to be a fair, and not a rip off price. Will have no hesitation in returning
Saw the positive reviews, cautiously optimistic about finding a garage that I can keep for my ongoing XC90 servicing. Requested for a quote and after two full days, they have not even bothered to get back. If the level of response is such, this is not the garage I can go with long term.
What a pleasurable experience I had at MKG3000. I’m now a client for life! I bought my car used XC90 at West London Volvo and had a horrid experience almost pulling out of the deal. My next experience with West London Volvo was a recovery situation which was even worse. I searched the dealer network, looked at Google reviews and hoped for the best. MKG3000 is the best. I had a seamless customer experience! Keep up the good work!
